Managing Partners

Pamela Jennings

As Managing Partner of Realize, Pamela brings a strong commitment to helping individuals and organizations develop high performance cultures and teams. For the past nine years she has served in both senior management positions and as a consultant, designing and implementing leadership and performance programs for initiatives such as Verizon Wireless’ Executive Leadership Program, Humana’s Women in Leadership and Legacy programs, as well as similar performance and leadership programs for a host of Fortune 500 organizations, sales teams and senior managers.

Pamela began a career in information technology at GartnerGroup, a technology think-tank, as a Research Analyst in the Knowledge Management Practice. There, she spearheaded product and services integration in the United States and Europe. Her background in IT led her to look for ways to develop and sustain high performance environments beyond competency or skill development, which led to the creation of the Realize programs.

A graduate of Yale University, Pamela is a regular contributing columnist to Working Mother magazine, a leading voice on the issues that face women balancing work and life, regularly reaching a readership of 2.2 million. She has delivered keynotes for the National Association for Female Executives’ (NAFE) and speaks nationally on the topics of technology, diversity and performance.

In her current role, she develops and delivers client engagements that support innovation, creativity, and the ability to drive results. She works in one-on-one thinking partnerships with initiative leaders in the areas of Diversity, Engagement, Performance and Organizational Results.
