Pamela Jennings
As Managing Partner of Realize, Pamela brings a strong commitment to helping individuals and organizations develop high performance cultures and teams. For the past nine years she has served in both senior management positions and as a consultant, designing and implementing leadership and performance programs for initiatives such as Verizon Wireless’ Executive Leadership Program, Humana’s Women in Leadership and Legacy programs, as well as similar performance and leadership programs for a host of Fortune 500 organizations, sales teams and senior managers.
Pamela began a career in information technology at GartnerGroup, a technology think-tank, as a Research Analyst in the Knowledge Management Practice. There, she spearheaded product and services integration in the United States and Europe. Her background in IT led her to look for ways to develop and sustain high performance environments beyond competency or skill development, which led to the creation of the Realize programs.
A graduate of Yale University, Pamela is a regular contributing columnist to Working Mother magazine, a leading voice on the issues that face women balancing work and life, regularly reaching a readership of 2.2 million. She has delivered keynotes for the National Association for Female Executives’ (NAFE) and speaks nationally on the topics of technology, diversity and performance.
In her current role, she develops and delivers client engagements that support innovation, creativity, and the ability to drive results. She works in one-on-one thinking partnerships with initiative leaders in the areas of Diversity, Engagement, Performance and Organizational Results.
Cort Kinker
Cort brings over 20 years of experience in marketing consumer products, leading sales organizations and managing strategic partnerships to Realize.
Cort’s corporate career began upon joining the E&J Gallo Winery Management Development Program. Moving rapidly from Los Angeles to Mississippi to Georgia, he furthered his leadership experience in New Orleans managing the Gallo sales team and growing the 50%+ share of the city’s wine market, before being promoted to state manager in Texas.
Furthering his management and sales experience, Cort joined Groupe Pernod Ricard and successfully realigned his distributor and broker networks to grow company brands at historic levels. Joining the headquarters staff in New York, Cort worked globally on Wild Turkey Bourbon before joining the executive team reporting to the marketing senior vice president, where he had the opportunity to craft the marketing strategy for a portfolio of brands, gaining experience in reaching trade and customers via the internet to best position his brands from growth. While managing the 5 million case Seagram’s Ready-to-Drink business, he successfully transitioned the business to a new sales and marketing partner, and spearheaded a new internet outreach campaign to build awareness and consumer acceptance for the Hiram Walker brand, returning the brand to growth after years of decline.
Cort is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where he honed skills in individual and group coaching, guiding clients to optimum health and wellness.
In his current role as Managing Partner, Cort brings a unique focus to team optimization and organizational effectiveness to Realize client engagements.
Orlando Bishop
Orlando brings to Realize keen insight into the fundamental drivers of performance and the true nature of high performing teams and organizations.
Drawing on multiple disciplines, from communication and organizational management to entrepreneurship at the senior level, Orlando is the primary architect of the Realize methodology. His thought leadership is leveraged throughout client engagements and Realize coaching and consulting programs.
Orlando’s passion for performance was sparked while serving in various leadership roles, most recently as Founding Partner of an entertainment property, where he discovered the alignment of “who we’re being” and “what we’re doing” as a powerful driver of outcomes.
In his role as Managing Partner, Orlando is focused on helping leaders and teams increase their Performance Quotient throughout work and life.
Orlando is a graduate of Yale University and has a master’s degree in Motion Picture Producing from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
